By accessing or using the PracticeIQ360 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PracticeIQ360 provides AI-powered practice management software for medical practices, including no-show prediction, revenue analytics, care gap identification, patient communication tools, and EHR integration services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@practiceiq360.com.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, transmit unauthorized PHI, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with system integrity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service and all related content, features, and technology are the exclusive property of PracticeIQ360, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your practice operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PracticeIQ360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your access will be suspended and data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
