PracticeIQ360 collects information you provide directly (such as account registration details, practice information, and support requests), information generated through your use of our platform (such as usage logs, appointment data synced from your EHR, and AI-generated insights), and technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide, operate, and improve the PracticeIQ360 platform; to communicate with you about your account and our services; to generate AI-powered insights and analytics; and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements including HIPAA.

3. Protected Health Information (PHI)

To the extent we process Protected Health Information on behalf of covered entities, we do so as a Business Associate under HIPAA. We maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect PHI. Please refer to our HIPAA Business Associate Agreement for details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with subprocessors necessary to deliver our services (such as cloud infrastructure and payment processing), when required by law, or with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon termination, data is retained for 90 days before secure deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
